Our Mission
UNIFY Health & Wellness provides and coordinates integrated medical, behavioral health, dental, and pharmacy care for Floridians who have been left out of the health care system, so that individuals and families can recover, stay healthy, and remain together in their communities.

About Us

Founded in 2010, UNIFY Health & Wellness is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization created to address the need for HIV and Hepatitis C awareness, prevention, testing, and counseling in the greater Tampa-St Petersburg metropolitan area. Our goal is to strengthen our community by empowering people from all walks of life to prevent and treat these conditions. Hepatitis C is curable in most cases with current therapy, and HIV, while not yet curable, is a manageable chronic condition when treatment is started and maintained. By working with other community-based organizations and healthcare professionals, we hope to establish health and wellness as a way of life.

Purpose

No one should have to choose between getting care and being treated with dignity. UNIFY Health & Wellness provides and coordinates medical, behavioral health, dental, and pharmacy care for Floridians who have been left out of the traditional health care system, meeting people where they are and treating every patient with respect, regardless of income, insurance status, race, religion, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, or disability.

Vision

Our vision is a Florida where integrated health care reaches every community and no one is turned away because of their income, insurance status, or history. We see a future where recovery, stability, and dignity are within reach for every person we serve.
